We offer our treatments for any form of cartilage damage and osteoarthritis. In principle, you can save any knee with it. However, we are cautious about claiming that we save every knee. In medicine, promises of this kind are generally not possible. However, the literature proves us right and makes us fight for every knee.

Before the treatment, the skin on the knee should be in good condition. Inform us of any allergies or medications you are taking. If you are taking blood thinning medication, let us know.

We analyze your cartilage situation in detail. Based on this analysis, we create an individual treatment plan. This is tailored to your situation and accordingly highly effective. What we offer is personalized medicine for your knee.

The knee will be a little swollen afterwards. Please use a cool pack for about 20 minutes daily for the first three days. For mild pain, we recommend a mild pain reliever, such as paracetamol or Parkemed. You may walk and move the knee right away. We are of course always available for you during this time.

It is reasonable to assume, based on current literature, that long-lasting pain freedom or pain reduction is achieved. Of course, in individual cases, the treatment may have to be repeated at some point, or another type of treatment may be recommended over time, as the cartilage is subject to constant dynamics and stress.

The only risk is a minimal risk of inflammation during a joint puncture or an intervention in which the skin is punctured. This risk is manageable at around 0.1%. Should this occur, an antibiotic must be taken. Other possible side effects include swelling, bruising or sensory disturbances. However, these are temporary and can be easily treated.
